FIELD WORK IN THE APPALACHIANS

We've started working in PA in the classic Catskill clastic wedge of the Appalachian foreland basin. Working in PA has been a new experience because most of the Appalachian rocks are covered by vegetation, so the best outcrops are along road cuts.
